I am not an expert but based on the information contained in The Red Book the coin appears to be uncirculated. Also as indicated by the photo the coin is very shiny but has some spots of tarnish.There are some worn spots but overall looks great.Returns are accepted if coin is not as described. Coin must be in the same condition as shipped. Return shipping and insurance must be paid by buyer.
