Antique 19th Century Black Sequined Silk Framed Fan

This beautiful 19th Century framed fan is a black silk with a sequined design. I don't think the frame is an antique but it is vintage. The base of the fan is made of a what appears to be a tortoise color celluloid type material. I purchased this fan about 20 tears ago in an antique shop. The fan is approximately 19.5 inches high by 17.5 inches wide excluding the ring at the bottom. The frame is 15.75 inches high by 25 inches wide. Fan is in very good condition. Frame has a small ding in it that can be easily touched up and a paper tear on the back of frame paper--see photos. There is minor clouding on the inside of the glass but I did not want to remove the glass to clean. Any clouding that appears to be on the fan is on the glass.
