Description
Authentic hand forged blacksmith made early 1800s black iron peel in wonderful antique condition. Early primitive tool used to remove bread and other cooked foods from the fireplace cooking hearth. The top of peel shows a nice decorative heart or rams head design. The long arm shows a slight bend or sway (see pics). No repairs and in original antique condition. Shows natural aging and patina. Measures approximately 51 3/4" total length with a 7 7/8"l x 6 7/8" w paddle. Top decoration measures 3 3/4" l x 2" at widest part. Please see pictures for complete condition. Please feel free to ask questions. Shipping includes sturdy packaging and full insurance. Remember antique and vintage finds have age wear etc., they are not perfect. THANK YOU for viewing! Payment by U.S. PAYPAL account holders only, within 3 days. You must have a registered EBAY account and reside in the United States to purchase.
