The platform is built with strengthened carbon steel, 150% overload protection, and ball swivel feet to protect from impacts. Smaller items will ship with UPS or FedEx. Prime USA Scales provides tracking information in 24-48 hours on most orders. Returns are accepted 30 days after the purchase. Shipping will be paid both ways by buyer for returns.
