Vintage Clover Leaf Hay Trolley

Big, heavy, rusty.  I have not messed with this.  I am going to try to loosen the bolt on the one pulley.  Comes with all that is pictured, not the chair.  All the pulley's are moving.  Not sure if anything is missing.  See pics.  Buyer pays return shipping.  Ships UPS in two boxes.
