Vintage Model or Miniature Train Control Throttle Box - Controller

This auction is for a vintage train controller that I bought at an estate sale.
The sale had tons of model trains and associated collectibles. It was hands-down the largest model train collection I've ever seen. One room was dedicated to just engines. Hundreds of them.
In addition there was a miniature train car that small kids could sit in. Also a couple lengths of curved track that probably came from the same set up.
So my suspicion is that this controller is part of that setup or something similar.
Regardless, it has an awesome vintage look and has cool vintage knobs & meters.
All of the knobs move fine. I haven't plugged the unit in but from the exposed back panel, everything looks to be in functioning order. No components look burnt out or damaged.
The back does not have a cover so the inner components are exposed.
It connected to it's host setup with two not-so-standard looking plugs, one three lead and one four lead.
The unit measures  11" x 7" x 3" with about a extra 1/2" on the side for the heat sink.
Most likely a custom built item so you're not likely to find another anywhere.
