    Vintage Unique Cast Aluminum Alligator on Log Mounted on Wooden Base - Pat. Pend
    Unique and nicely detailed aluminum casting of an alligator on a log, mounted on a wood base.
    On the underside of the log it is marked Patent Pend., along with the letter F. I do not know the age. The alligator and the log are mounted to the wood base with a long flat head screw. And the alligator lower jaw is attached to the upper jaw with a flat head screw.
    The whole piece measures approx. 13 1/2"L x 7 3/8"W x 5 1/2"H and weighs about 5 1/2 lbs.
    Cast alligator measures 12"L x 6"W
    Cast log measures 11"L x 5"W
    Very Good Vintage Condition. There are a few blemishes to the wood base that can be seen in the last 2 pictures. Please see pictures for details and condition.
